Matters need attention

1. It is not good for food contact mold making. For food moulds, you had better choose addition cure silicone material, which is also our hot selling 

products. 

2. When mixing the two components, be sure to make the mixture evenly, scraping every corner and side of the container.

3. The deairing time is not fixed but depends on how much the silicone mixture is(generally 5 min to 10 min). If deaired for too long, the silicone will 

got in trouble in the later pouring or brushing operation.

4. During pouring process, control its speed, not traping air in the liquid.

5. The silicone mold will get delicate after 12 months or so, depending on its using frequency and times.

6. Between every two molding process, you’d better use some wax release agent either for a happy demoulding operation, or extending its life.
