How to avoid platinum cure silicone uncure situation?

Keep the platinum cure (addition cure ) silicone away from condensation cure silicone and the tools, master mold which has been used with condensation cure silicone.  The curing agent for addtion cure silicone is platinum catalyst. Because platinum is a heavy metal product, it is very delicate. It cannot contact tin, N, P, S, Sn, Pb, Hg, As and other compounds. otherwise, the platinum cure(addition cure) silicone will not be cured/hardened anymore.
