Instructions for making picture frame mold by silicone rubber:

Step one: the preparation and aforehand processing for the original frame model.
The original frame model needs to be polished and sprayed the release agent in order to improve the smoothness, resulting in easy demoulding. If the original is processed to be flawless enough, the RTV-2 silicone rubber is surely flawless, which will definitely contributes to a perfect replica.

Step two: Make a mold box, open on the top surface. The joints of the mold box must be sealed to prevent RTV-2 silicone rubber from leaking. Then, lay the model in the box.
 
Step three: The most important thing of making picture frame mold is to select the high quality raw material, namely first-grade silicone rubber. No doubt that Hongye silicone is able to meet all your needs. The mixing ratio must comply with the specification, which should be measured with an electronic scale. Then exhaust the bubbles with vacuum-pumping machine.

Step four: Pour 1/3 mixed molding silicone into the mold making box slowly. Then pour the rest of the silicone.

Step five: Take out the original picture frame model when the silicone mold completely cures.
