Liquid silicone quality and classification

Liquid silicone mainly in the following three ways:

　　A condensation -type single-component room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone fluid

　　One-component condensation type RTV (RTV) silicone is a liquid silicone , the a, w- dihydrocarbyl polydimethylsiloxane ( viscosity of 3000 ~ 100000mPa · S) as the base polymer ( commonly known as the gum base ) and crosslinking agent. Catalysts, fillers, and other additives characteristic of uniformly mixed and packed together in a mixer in a moisture- sealed tube or hose seal ; extruded from the use of the packaging , the moisture in the air contacts the crosslinking curing .

　　Condensation -type single-component RTV silicone rubber crosslinking system type: Desacetoxy type , off oxime type , alcohol type , deacetone type , off amide type .

　　Condensation-type two-component liquid silicone RTV

　　Condensation-type RTV (RTV) silicone is a liquid silicone , the a, w- dihydrocarbyl polydimethylsiloxane ( viscosity of 3000 ~ 100000mPa · S) and a filler and other additives formulated base characteristics , the cross-linking agent , catalyst and other additives formulated curing agent are packaged separately , the mixing ratio by the use of an organic silicon material .

　　Condensation-type two-component RTV silicone types: ① alcohol type : soft mold material , filling materials, high, medium modulus construction seals ; ② dehydrogenation type : vibration, cushioning materials , filling materials, through-hole filler ; ③ dealkylated amine : low modulus building sealant.

　　Plus liquid silicone molding

　　Addition liquid silicone is a polyorganosiloxane containing a vinyl group as the base polymer containing Si-H bond to make the polyorganosiloxane crosslinking agent in the presence of a platinum catalyst at room temperature or heating the crosslinkable a class of vulcanized silicone materials .

　　Add molding liquid silicone types: ① Two-component : potting , coating materials, soft mold materials, fiber coating material, fabric coating material, liquid injection molding material, potting gels , foams, spherical powder. ② single component : potting , FIGP sealant , coating material .
