Led encapsulant material

Characteristics of silicone encapsulant:
1. Strong adhesive and bonding force
2. Excellent heat conduction(thermally conductive).
3. Two types of RTV for choosing: condensation cure(cured at room temperature); addition cure(both cured at room temperature and heating condition).
4. One part or two parts(we recommend the latter).
5. Optically clear（transparent one is available), so it will not hinder the light transmittance.
6. Fast cure.
7. Enhanced protection function with resistance to humidity, moisture, UV radiation, thermal cycling.
8. Good durability for long-time use and aging resistance.
9. This LED sealing & potting compound is easy to operate, easy to learn.
10. Far more than being applied in the LED filed, it has a broad application, such as coating for electronic devices, PV module, LCD, circuit board, substrates, and so on.
11. Electrical insulation(high dielectric strength)
