Cement sculpture silicone has strong liquidity, usually used with the curing agent simultaneously in order to ensure the cement sculpture mold with good properties. But, the following aspects you need attention when you use molding silicone rubber for cement sculpture making：

1.     Firstly, please ensure that the molding silicone rubber and curing agent are mixed evenly. If the mixture is not uniform, uneven curing occurs, affecting the quality of the cement sculpture mold and bringing you losses.

2.     To ensure that the two components cement sculpture silicone doesn't produce bubbles after mixing evenly. In general, the mixed molding silicone rubber will produce certain bubbles. If these bubbles can not be discharged, the finished cement sculpture mold will appear rough phenomenon. At present, the commonly used method of excluding bubbles for cement sculpture silicone is vacuuming, and the time of vacuuming is preferably controlled at 10 minutes. If the time is short, you will get a cement sculpture mold with incomplete curing, while, too long curing time will affect the quality of the cement sculpture mold.

3.     Choose good external mold material for cement sculpture making to prevent mold from deformation. The most commonly used outer mold material is plaster and resins.  Finally, please do not ignore the importance of the selecting a molding silicone rubber for cement sculpture making.
