How to make a silicone mold by pouring way ?

1-Prepare original model, clean & smooth original model

2-Place original model on board and round with frame

3-Spray release agent onto original model surface

4-Weigh silicone and curing agent according to its mix ratio and mix them thoroughly in a new container

5-Put silicone mixture into vacuum machine to release the air bubbles

6-Pour the silicone mixture into original mold box, allow it cure for 4-6 hours.

7-Then demould after complete cure for 24 hours.

Your silicone mold is ready for casting.
